Production Line

SMT and soldering is 1st thing of LED HUB and LED module.

TuringLED only adopts top SMT factory which shares highest SMT and soldering technology and most strict SMT and soldering process.

For LEDs Thrust we have big data and make sure all our modules are in big enough LED thrust and components thrust by nanomater steel pad and suitable PCB Pad design.

For aging, we insist full white @255 level aging and white and black for at least 12 times circle to make sure faulty parts can be solved in workshop.

For signal cables we use high quality one in 105°C.

For PINs in modules &HUB , all is 3 U gold plated.

We also offer panel by panel calibration before delivery.
